From my own budget builds, I’d put most of the money into a decent GPU (Option B) and pair it with a modest, recent‑gen CPU – at 1080p the graphics card is the bottleneck, while a mid‑range CPU can still keep up. A solid GPU lets you hit good frame rates, and you can upgrade the CPU later if you need extra headroom.
